46jl Terms & Conditions — Rules of Play, Account Use & Platform Policies

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "46jl" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 46jl.one and all associated services, games, mobile interfaces, and customer support channels.
• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to the operator of 46jl, including its authorized agents and representatives.
• "You," "User," "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or places wagers through 46jl.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions from which access to 46jl is prohibited under applicable law.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the principal regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.

To register and maintain an account at 46jl, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
2. You are a natural person accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes;
3. You are located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services of the type offered by 46jl is not prohibited by applicable law;
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 46jl or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such persons;

6. You have not previously had an account at 46jl that was closed, suspended, or terminated due to a violation of these Terms.

46jl reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any time by requesting government-issued identification documents. Verification may be requested during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, upon detecting unusual account activity, or at any other time at 46jl's discretion. Pending verification, 46jl may temporarily restrict deposits, withdrawals, and game access.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 shall be immediately suspended. All funds in such an account — including deposits and any winnings — shall be forfeited, and 46jl shall have no obligation to return them except to the extent required by applicable Philippine law.

One Account Per Person. Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account at 46jl. Attempting to open multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment instruments, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

Accurate Information. You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful registration information at all times. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any payment method details. You are responsible for updating your account information to keep it current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 46jl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, whether or not authorized by you, unless you have notified 46jl of unauthorized access prior to those activities occurring. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately via the live chat or email channels listed in Section 15.

Account Transfers Prohibited. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 46jl account or any balance therein to any other person. Any attempted transfer renders the account subject to immediate suspension.

Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. 46jl reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts or to close them following reasonable notice to the registered contact address. Any remaining balance in a closed inactive account will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

Supported Payment Methods. 46jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Available methods may change from time to time, and 46jl reserves the right to add or remove payment channels without prior notice.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single-transaction and daily limits may apply depending on your VIP tier, payment method, and account verification status. Currency. All transactions at 46jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Transactions processed in other currencies, where applicable, will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. 46jl is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

Verification Before Withdrawal. 46jl may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. You agree to provide such verification documents promptly. Failure to comply within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your account balance.

No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including those from family members — are not permitted. Any funds received from third-party sources may be confiscated and the account suspended pending investigation.

46jl offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, referral bonuses, and free spin allocations. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying games for each promotion are stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within a defined period from the date of crediting. Unused bonuses that expire are forfeited without compensation.

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus funds voided. Real-money funds in the account will be subject to administrative review, and the account may be suspended.

46jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with or without notice. We also reserve the right to decline a bonus request, or withhold a bonus credit, if we determine that the request was not made in good faith or in compliance with these Terms.

Game Integrity. All games available at 46jl — including JILI slots, live dealer table games, RNG table games, fish shooting, and bingo — operate on independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are entirely random, and 46jl does not alter or interfere with the outcome of any game once it has been initiated.

Return to Player (RTP). Published RTP rates for slot games represent theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds. They do not represent guaranteed returns per session or per player. Actual results will vary, and no specific return is guaranteed to any individual player.

Betting Decisions Final. Once a bet has been confirmed and a game round has commenced, the bet is final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player. Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes or displays incorrect results, 46jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. No additional compensation will be provided. Winnings generated as a direct result of a verifiable technical malfunction will be voided.

Sports Betting. Sports and esports betting at 46jl is subject to additional sportsbook-specific rules, including but not limited to: event cancellation policies, void bet conditions, in-play betting settlement procedures, and maximum payout limits per event. These rules are accessible within the sports betting section of the 46jl platform.

46jl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that cap the total amount you can fund your account within the defined period. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 46jl platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Opening, operating, or attempting to open more than one account per individual;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or verification information;
• Using the platform to facilitate or participate in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, scripts, or any other tools to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the platform in a non-human capacity without 46jl's express written authorization;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game, including live dealer tables and bingo rooms;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform or in any game to gain unintended advantages;
• Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals through banks or payment providers;
• Attempting to access other users' accounts without authorization;

• Registering an account on behalf of a third party;

All content on the 46jl platform — including but not limited to: the 46jl name, logo, brand marks, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, images, audio-visual materials, and software code — is the property of 46jl or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 46jl platform solely for your personal recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any platform content; frame or mirror any part of the platform on any other website; or use any automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform.

Game content, including JILI slot titles and other third-party game assets available through the platform, is owned by the respective game developers and licensed to 46jl. All rights reserved by their respective owners.

In no event shall 46jl's total cumulative liability to any individual player arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform exceed the net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any withdrawals made during that period.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information at 46jl is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 46jl collects personal information you provide during registration, identity verification, and support interactions, as well as technical data generated by your use of the platform. Prior to closing, any pending wagers will be settled according to normal rules, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.

Suspension or Termination by 46jl. 46jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account with or without notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• We have reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with your account;
• You have registered under a false identity or with false information;
• You are under the age of 21;
• We are required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law;

In cases of suspension pending investigation, 46jl may temporarily freeze your account balance. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the violation.

Dispute Resolution. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 46jl account or any transaction, you should first contact 46jl's customer support team via live chat or email as detailed in Section 15. 46jl will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 14 calendar days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the support process, you may escalate it by sending a formal written notice to 46jl's support email. 46jl will provide a final written determination within 30 calendar days of receiving a formally escalated complaint.

Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or connected with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Jurisdiction. You and 46jl agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, except where PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction requires an alternative resolution pathway.

46jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 46jl will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform.

The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 46jl platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 12.
